Thank you for shopping with us. Please note that processing your order may take up to 14 days before it is shipped. This time is needed to prepare and carefully pack your product.
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

1. What countries does VK Scales ship to?
North America:
Contiguous United States, Canada
Europe:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom
(VAT taxes of orders under 150€ are pre-collected at checkout, and no duties or taxes will be charged when the package reaches EU customs.)
Asia Pacific:
Australia, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Macau, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand
West Asia:
Israel
Note:
Currently, we do not ship to countries in South America and Africa. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses. If you can not continue at the checkout, this means we don not ship to this country.
2. How much does shipping cost to my country/region?
Currently, we are pleased to offer FREE standard shipping worldwide on orders exceeding:

- £39 (UK)
- €45 (Eurozone)
- AU$75 (Australia)
- CA$72 (Canada)
For orders below these thresholds, shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
3. Is there a set shipment time for all products?

4. How can I track my order?
You will receive a confirmation email from our warehouse once your order is shipped.
Click the tracking link in the email to view real-time updates on your shipment.
5. Can I ship to a different address?
Yes.

Credit card payments:
Contact customer support at vidk.scales@gmail.com or via Facebook Messenger with the new address before shipment. -
PayPal payments: Address changes are not allowed due to security policies.
Refer to your PayPal account for details.
You can also check your order status by logging into your account.
6. What happens if my package is rejected or returned?
If an order is returned due to:
- Incorrect/incomplete address
- Refusal of delivery
- Undeliverable status
VK Scales reserves the right to:
- Retain original shipping/handling fees
- Deduct return-related costs from your refund
7. Should I inspect the package upon delivery?
Yes — this is critical.
- Check that:
- Correct model was delivered
- Product is functional
- No visible damage
Do NOT sign until inspection is complete.
Signing confirms acceptance “as is”.
Claims deadline:
- Missing or damaged items must be reported within 5 business days
8. What if items are damaged or missing?
Damaged items
- Keep original packaging
- Contact VK Scales immediately
- Provide photos
- A damage claim will be filed with the carrier
Do NOT return items before contacting support
Missing items
- Report within 5 business days
- Provide:
- Photos of received items
- Packing list
Recommendation: record an unboxing video as proof.
9. What if an item is on backorder?
- You will be notified if an item is unavailable
- Order will remain open unless you request cancellation
- Items ship once back in stock
For international orders:
- Orders containing backordered items will not be partially shipped
- Entire order is held until all items are available
10. Handling order problems after delivery
If you signed and notice damage:
- Take photos immediately
- Reject the package
- Contact vidk.scales@gmail.com
